Ementa: O valor da TI, o alinhamento estratégico da TI, SI e a interação com clientes, SI e a cadeia de valor (integração/colaboração), SI e mudanças organizacionais, custos de troca, efeitos de rede e aprisionamento tecnológico, Ti e a sociedade.
